الشيخ محمد سعد بوه الملقب (أنّ بن الصفّي) بن زين العابدين بن محمدو (هبدي) بن أحمدو(يم) بن محمد(بيا) بن حابيب بن فوديه الأصغر بن أبوبك بن أعمر بن ييج بن محمد فوديه الجامع بن ييج بن أحمد بن إبراهيم بن أبي بكر بن محمد (الملقب أبو بزول)، التندغي الإيدگفودي الفودي.
اشتهر بلقبه أنّ ولد الصفي، و (ولْ الصفي) لقب جده هبدي الذي لقب به تيامنا باسم جده لأمه وهي مكفولة بنت الصفي بن المختار الله الركوني التندغي، يقول العلامة هبدي:
يقول نجل أحمد اللذ في البلد :: لقب بابن الصفي منسوبا لجد
لأمه لكنه يفخر به :: في كل محفل ..
أنّ بن الصفّي نجله أباء كرام، فأبوه زين العابدين بن الصفي كان غاية في الحفظ ومعرفة الأنساب، وكان مقدما عند معاصريه في علوم العربية وله حكايات مع بعض معاصريه تدل على سعة اطلاعه وعلو قدمه، وجده هبدي ولد الصفي من فطاحل العلماء وصاحب محظرة تخرج منها أجلة أفذاذ بعضهم من آل بوحبين والبعض من بني عمومته وغيرهم، وامتاز هبّدي بالتحرير وجودة النظر والاختصار في مسائل الفقه له نظم على مختصر الشيخ خليل وشرحه أسماه التيسير.
ولد الشيخ محمد سعد بوه (أنّ) في نواكشوط سنة 1335هـ الموافق 1917م وهي السنة التي توفي فيها الشيخ سعد بوه بن الشيخ محمد فاضل القلقمي، فسمي باسمه.
درس (أنّ) القرآن في سن السادسة، وطلب العلم وهو في الثانية عشرة من عمره، وكانت البداية عند شيخ قبيله، أحمدو بن أبي. ثم تاقت نفسه لطلب العلم تحدوه همة عالية وعزيمة لاتلين فأخذ العلم عن كوكبة من علماء المنتبذ القصي من أبزرهم:
العلامة سيدي المختار بن أحمد والد درس عليه “إضاءة الدجنة”، والمرشد المعين، وقرأ عليه من أول النكاح إلى الصداق وفصل السهو وباب الصوم من مختصر خليل، ودرس عليه النحو من أول ألفية بن مالك إلى باب الابتداء ومن باب العدد إلى التصريف، ولامية الأفعال.
وأخذ النحو عن سيبويه عصره العلامة يحظيه بن عبد الودود، كما أخذ النحو عن العلامة التاه بن يحظيه، و أخذ النحو كذلك عن العلامة محمد عالي بن عدود من باب البدل من الألفية إلى إعراب الفعل، ومختصر خليل في الفقه من باب الرضاع إلى الرهن، وأخذ عن العلامة حبيب بن الزايد: تحفة المحقق في حل مشكلات المنطق للعلامة المختار بن بون، وقرأ عليه من باب البيع إلى الرهن والعبادات من الكفاف، ومن شروط الصلاة إلى فصل السفر من مختصر خليل، ودرس على العلامة محمدن بن محمد بن المحبوبي المعاني والحساب، وأخذ النحو عن العلامة محمد سالم بن ألما، ودرس النحو كذلك على العلامة محمد عبد الله بن البشير، وأخذ عن العلامة محمد عالي بن نعم العبد ربع الإيجارات من المختصر، وأخذ عن العلامة المامي بن أبابك من آخر الشهادات إلى باب الشركة ومن باب الخلع إلى باب الرضاع ومن الرهن إلى الإيجارات، وأخذ من العلامة بداه بن البوصيري إجازة في الصحيحين، كما أخذ عن مجموعة من المشايخ منهم العلامة اگليگم ولد محمدو ولد متالي، والعلامة المختار بن أبلول، والعلامة المختار بن المحبوبي، والعلامة أبي بن حيمود، والعلامة أحمد سالم بن بويعدل، والعلامة محمد الأمجد بن أبي المعالي …
العلامة أنّ بن الصفّي خاتمة المحققين فريد دهره ووحيد عصره ونسيج وحده، بلغ مبلغا لم يبلغه غيره في علم النوازل حتى صار مقدما عند جميع معاصريه وأشادوا به في الميدان، وممن قدمه العلامة بداه بن البوصيري والعلامة محمد فال “أباه” بن عبد الله والعلامة محمد سالم بن عدود والعلامة اگليگم ولد متالي، والعلامة محمد سالم بن المحبوبي والعلامة نافع بن حبيب بن الزايد والعلامة أطفيل بن الواثق والعلامة باب بن محمادي.
كانت له اليد الطولى في علم الفروع والعربية والأنساب، والحديث الشريف وكان شديد الورع رحمه الله عرف بحسن السمت، ومجانبة الأنظمة المتعاقبة، لم يشغل أي وظيفة رغم أنه كان أول موثق عرفي حيث بدأ العمل كموثق لما يجري بين الناس أواخر السبعينات، وقد عرضت عليه الدولة بعيد استقلالها وظيفة قاض فامتنع أشد الامتناع عن القضاء، واكتفى بوظيفة مستشار حيث كان قاضي لكصر محمد الأمين ولد البح يستعين به في مستعصيات القضاء وغيره من قضاة موريتانيا كقاضي روصو وقاضي أطار وأبي تلميت وغيرهم وكانت ترد عليه الأسئلة منهم ويرد عليها على شكل نازلة، كنازلة أطار ونازلة روصو….
كان غاية في الاجتهاد وتحرير المسائل حدث عن نفسه قائلا:
لما كنت في المحظرة وبعد “تمشيت اللوح على لمرابط” أذهب إلى العريش وكنت أعلق حبلا في العريش وأجعله في رقبتي لينبهني إذا غلبتني عيني، ويضيف:
حزمت بطني بالحجارة خوف أن يشغلني عن التحصيل.
تفرغ للتعليم والتدريس في بداية الخمسينات في محظرة أبيه وجده، وجمع مكتبة من أكبر المكتبات المحلية تحتوي على نوادر المخطوطات وأمهات الكتب المالكية ونوادر الطبعات وله طرة بخط يمينه من أجود الطرر على ألفية بن مالك واحمرار بن بونه.
كان شديد التحقيق والتحرير في الرواية لا يحدث إلا بما سمعه ممن يثق بعلمه، واهتم اهتماما بالغا بالتدريس فقط، ليست له أي مؤلفات، له فتاوي (قيد التحقيق والطباعة) تدل على سعة باعه وشدة اطلاعه، وبعض التقييدات والتعليقات على بعض حواشي شراح المختصر، وكان شاعرا مجيدا ومن جيد شعره قصيدتاه التي يمدح بهما آل محمذن بن بوحبين مطلع إحداهما:
ألا حي الربوع ربوع ريا :: لدى جنب النويدر فالعريا
وبرد من غرامك ما تلظى :: بإجراء الدموع بها أتيا
وهي طويلة رائعة ومعها أخرى في مديح آل محمذن وقصيدته التي يمدح بها محمد عال بن نعم العبد، وله قصيدة يمدح فيها القاضي أحمد سالم بن سيدي بن محمد وهو آنذاك قاضي روصو:
يا قاضيا بالعدل والإنصاف :: يقفوا الهداة مهذب الأوصاف
متضلعا حلما وعلما بارعا :: حلو الشمائل موطأ الأكناف
متعوذا إلف الكرام وسعيها :: وتجنب الأرذال والسفساف
من معشر فاقوا الورى بحلومهم :: شم جحاجح سادة أطراف

الشاعر والفتى أحمدو كوري بن محمدن
كان رحمه الله من العلماء العاملين الورعين الزاهدين، مشتغلا بما يعنيه قال عنه الفتى الألمعي زايد المسلمين بن ماء العينين:
“كان ابن الصفي من آخر العارفين بخفايا الفقه المالكي في هذ البلد، وهوآخر مسادير العلامة يحظيه بن عبد الودود سيبويه عصرنا حدثني العلامة الزاهد أحمدو ولد محمذن فال بتندغماجك أنه عرف أنّ بن الصفّي في الأربعينيات مجدا في طلب العلم كثير التكرار لدروسه وكان عندما يعضه الجوع في قحط الأربعينيات “عام الهوفَ” يقيم ربوة صغيرة ويبلها بالماء ثم ينبطح عليها ليبرد غليان معدته من الجوع..
ولد سنة وفاة الشيخ سعد أبيه بن الشيخ محمد فاضل فسمي باسمه وتكني بكنيته أنّ بالتشديد قال له بعض أصدقائه في الصغر مرحبا به ومادحا له:
دليل علي نيل العلي والمني أنّا :: أتانا بحمد الله في أرضناا أنا
يفاكهنا بالعلم والعلم رافع :: له رفعها المحمول إن عملت إنا”
وحدث عنه الدين ولد محمد علي قائلا:
” ما رأيت أن ولد الصفي مدة إقامتي معه في اندگبعد لاهيا قط، إما يكتب أو يدرس أو يذكر الله … وكان ذلك دأبه حتى توفي رحمه الله عنه قبيل فجر الجمعة يوم 16 صفر 1432 من هجرة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم الموافق21 يناير2011 م. ودفن مع أسلافه المنعمين بمقبرة “اخشيم حميدي” شمال انواكشوط.
وقد رثاه عدد كبير من العلماء والشعراء، منهم الشيخ محمد الأمين بن أباه بقوله:
سعد أبيه أن عن دار الغرور :: رحل لما حل في دار السرور
من بعد صيت شاع في الآفاق :: له مع الجاه لدى التلاقي
والعلم والورع والصبر الجميل :: والزهد في الفاني وتعظيم الجليل
واللطف بالطلاب والمساعده :: منه لكل واحد على حده
وخدمة العلم بكل آني :: بماله والفكر والبنان
وحل كل مشكل من نازل :: بعزو كل قولة للقائل
عاش “وفيا” عابدا سنيا :: مجانبا لبدعة سنيا
إشارة لعمره
وكان الانتقال من دار النعيم :: بآخر الليل إلى دار النعيم
في أربع من صفر وعشر :: قد بقيت وقوع هذا الأمر
عام اثنتين وثلاثين سنه :: وأربع من المئين بينه
من بعد ألف قد مضت للهجرة :: وكان ذا بليلة العروبة
مقبرة “الخُشيم” حازت زينها :: وقد تحلت بثواه بينها
عليه من رحمة ذي الجلال :: سحائب الغدو والأصال
وبارك الرحمن في بنيه :: وآله الغر وفي ذويه
أزكى السلامين من السلام :: على النبي وصحبه الأعلام
ورثاه سيلوم ولد المزروف حفظه الله تعالى بقوله من قصيدة:
إذا نزلت بالقوم يوما نوازل :: تحار بها في الجمعات المجامع
وضاق بها المفتون ذرعا وأشكلت :: وضاق بها القاضي وجد التنازع
هنالك يثني نورها فيصيدها :: من الشيخ فهم لامع النور ساطع
وثابت أنقال صحاح صريحة :: يحز بها في مفصل الحق قاطع
إلى غير هذا من مزايا رفيعة :: يزينها منه الحيا والتواضع…
ورثاه القاضي محمد يحظيه ولد المختار الحسن بقصيدة منها:
نغر ولا نرضخ لنصح أريب :: بزهرة دنيا لم ترق للبيب
ونعرض عن نصح الحبيب كأنه :: إذا هو أبدى النصح غير حبيب
لئن غاب هذا الشيخ عنا مودعا :: لقد أذنت شمس الهدى بمغيب
فكم غاب من بر وتقوى وحكمة :: وصدر علوم للجميع رحيب
لئن نزعت عن بعضهم هيبة التقى :: لقد عاش طول العمر خير مهيب
وما لان مع من لان من ذي تزلف :: وعاش عصي العود جد صليب
فظاهر بين العلم والورع الذي :: له منه أوفى خطة ونصيب
ولم يؤثر الدنيا على امر دينه وما باع منه الدين دون رقيب
إذا قال بذ القائلين كأنه :: جهيزة بذت قول كل خطيب
لتبك عليه اليوم كل عويصة :: ونازلة لم تتضح لمجيب
ويبك عليه الدرس والطرس حسرة :: ويعلو نحيب الكتب كل نحيب
إذا ما تطالع كتبه لوجدته :: لها خير مرتاد وخير ربيب
فسل لغة القرآن واسأل علومه :: يجبك عن ابن الصف كل عريب
وسل مالكا عنه وسل نجل قاسم :: وأصبغ وابني نافع وحبيب
وسل شيخه يحظيه عنه وغيره :: ومن تندغ سل عنه كل نسيب
وسل عنه توثيقا وصلحا موفقا :: وإصدار حكم ظل جد مصيب
وسل كل مخطوط عزيز وجوده :: عن الشيخ واسأل عنه كل أديب
سقى الله بالغفران مع واكف الرضى :: ثرى جدث قد حل فيه خصيب
وأمسى بجنات الخلود مظللا :: بمثمر غرس يانع ورطيب
وبارك في الأبناء والأهل بعده :: وفي كل أواه هناك منيب
فلا غرو إن حاذوا صنيع أبيهم :: وهل تلد الأنجاب غير نجيب
وأوفى صلاة للحبيب محمد :: وآل وأصحاب لخير حبيب
صلاة بها نستمطر الأمن والرضى :: ونحيا بعز لم يكن بسليب
حدّث الإداري الأديب محمدن ولد سيدي الملقب بَدنَّ Mohameden Ould Sidi Bedena يوم 4 ديسمبر 2016، قال:
حدثني زوال اليوم الأستاذ الخليل بن أنحوي على هامش إحدى جلسات المؤتمر الدولي التاسع و العشرين لنصرة رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم أن الشيخ العلامة ابّاه بن عبد الله أخبره مرة أن الشيخ العلامة أنّ بن الصف رحمه الله نزل عنده ضيفا في حاضرة “النباغية” و أن من ضمن ما حدثه به أن لمرابط يحظيه بن عبد الودود “اباه” علما كان ذات ليلة من ليالي الجمعة في حلقة من المديح النبوي ينعشها مداح بتطريب شجي، وقد لاحظ أحد الطلاب مدى تفاعل الشيخ مع ذلك الإنشاد الحسن فسأل الشيخ قائلا:
يا شيخ وهل يطلع رسول الله صل الله عليه و سلم على أمداحنا هذه؟
فأطرق الشيخ هنيهة ثم قال:
أليست الليلة ليلة جمعة؟ ألست مستقبل القبلة؟
قال الطلاب بلى!
قال الشيخ: “و الله..و الله..و الله إن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ليشاهد مجلسكم هذا و يستبشر به”
قال الشيخ اباه معلقا: “ولعمري إن يحظيه ليعلم ما يترتب عن اليمين لكثرة ما درسه لطلابه المتعاقبين عبر الأجيال و الأحقاب “.
وأكمل محدثي الأستاذ الخليل النحوي حديثه قائلا إن الشيخ العلامة اباه بن عبد الله قال له إنه طلب من الشيخ العلامة أنّ بن الصفّ أن يكتب له هذه القصة بخط يمينه ففعل و أنه لا يزال يحتفظ بتلك الكتابة النادرة في وثائقه الخاصة.
هذا و ممن حضر حكاية الأستاذ الخليل ظهر اليوم عند مدخل مصعد فندق “الأجنحة الملكية” العلوي جماعة من بينها الفقيه أبوبكر بن أحمد و د. محمد الأمين بن محمد الحاج فعلق هذا الأخير قائلا: و بهذه القصة على هذا النسق حدثني الشيخ اباه حفظه الله.

Toutefois, dans certaines conditions, il est nécessaire de recourir à un soignant. C’est à ce stade qu’il convient d’être vigilant. Il ne suffit pas de se rendre auprès d’une personne qui se présente avec la qualité de cheikh ou d’imam pour accepter de lui confier cette pratique. Comme pour tout procédé et encore plus lorsque cela relève de considérations religieuses, il est important de bien choisir son soignant car ce dernier est tenu de posséder des qualités bien affirmées. La maîtrise du Coran et des traditions prophétiques en la matière est une condition sine qua none, mais insuffisante. C’est pourquoi les proches doivent accompagner la personne dans la recherche d’un soignant qualifié et reconnu comme tel par des référents religieux de la localité (imam, responsables associatifs, etc.). De manière générale, le soignant doit posséder des qualités déterminées que nous pouvons synthétiser de la manière suivante. Il doit : être en capacité de lire le Coran, croire avec certitude au Coran, être empreint de piété, connaître les pièges et les caractéristiques du diable et des djinns, connaître la méthode prophétique de la « roqya », disposer de connaissances de base en psychologie, avoir la conviction que le succès de sa thérapie dépend de Dieu. A l’exception de la première exigence, il semble difficile de vérifier les autres conditions dans le cadre d’un entretien téléphonique avec une personne que nous n’avons jamais rencontrée, même si elle se présente sous le titre de « cheikh » ou d’un imam. Par conséquent, ces conditions soulignent une première limite quant au recours à la « roqya » par téléphone. Par ailleurs, à l’instar de tout médecin, le soignant doit, avant de prodiguer des conseils ou une médication, procéder à une consultation. Ainsi, un environnement adéquat est indispensable pour la réalisation d’une « roqya ». Il est enfin inconcevable qu’un médecin puisse vous affirmer par téléphone connaître votre maladie et attester pouvoir vous guérir. Vous auriez plus que des doutes sur ce prétendu médecin. II- Un environnement propice et la réalisation d’une consultation préalable à la réalisation d’une « roqya » Il est intéressant de noter que, dans son ouvrage « Comment se protéger des djinns & satan », Wahîd ‘Abdussalâm Bâli évoque l’importance du climat pour réaliser une roqya[2]. Ainsi, il expose les points suivants : « 1. Préparer le climat adéquat en faisant par exemple sortir les images et les statues de la pièce où on va soigner le malade, pour permettre aux anges d’y entrer. 2. Débarrasser le sujet de tout ce qu’il peut porter sur lui comme talismans ou amulettes et les brûler. 3. Éteindre tout ce qui peut émettre le son de la musique et des chants. 4. Vider le lieu de tout ce qui comporte une infraction à la shari‘a à savoir, par exemple, la présence d’un homme qui porte de l’or ou une femme qui ne porte pas le voile légal – al-hijab. 5. Donner au malade et à sa famille une leçon de dogme de façon à ce que leurs cœurs ne soient pas attachés à un autre qu’Allah. 6. Leur faire savoir que la façon de soigner est différente de celle des sorciers et des charlatans et que le Coran recèle guérison et miséricorde, comme l’a informé Allah le Puissant et le Majestueux. 7. Diagnostiquer son cas : pour cela poser des questions au malade pour s’assurer de la présence de tous les symptômes (…) ». Or, dans les témoignages communiqués, l’interlocuteur qui se présente comme soignant ne pose aucune question aux personnes. Il débute ainsi la « roqya » directement par une récitation du Coran. En outre, il est intéressant de souligner que dans l’un des témoignages communiqués à l’UFCM, l’interlocuteur demandait à la personne de remplir successivement des verres de lait, d’huile, d’eau etc. et de les poser par la suite sur la table de la salle à manger. Au point que la personne s’est retrouvée avec une multitude de verres posés sur la table. Le comble est que la personne ignorait ce qu’elle devait en faire lorsqu’elle a pris conscience de la tromperie. Nous constatons par conséquent qu’une « roqya » ne peut être réalisée dans un environnement quelconque. En effet, une procédure de diagnostic est essentielle. Nous pouvons à titre d’exemple faire le parallèle avec un rendez-vous chez le médecin ; ce dernier ne peut vous prescrire une ordonnance sans au préalable vous avoir ausculté et interrogé sur les différents symptômes que vous ressentez physiquement. A défaut, au lieu de guérir vous allez aggraver vos maux. Cette attitude vigilante du médecin traitant doit se retrouver lorsque nous envisageons le recours à une « roqya ». Pour illustrer ce propos, nous citerons l’exemple de l’anthropologue, spécialiste de l’islam européen, Farid El Asri, chercheur associé au Centre Jacques Berque, qui nous rapporte une situation alarmante suite à une « roqya » : « Une jeune femme en Belgique (…) est morte suite à une tentative d’exorcisme. Pendant les séances, les fkihs (imams) utilisent normalement de l’eau « coranisée ». Pour cette jeune femme, prétendument stérile, les exorcistes ont carrément plongé son visage dans l’eau et quand elle tentait d’en sortir pour respirer, les guérisseurs estimaient qu’il s’agissait du jinn qui l’habitait et ils replongeaient son visage dans l’eau. Pendant le procès, la famille de la défunte s’est présentée comme musulmane et a accusé ces pratiques d’être extérieures à l’islam quand les guérisseurs estimaient qu’ils avaient simplement fait ce qu’ils pouvaient. Le fait de recourir trop systématiquement au fkih risque également de faire passer une crise d’épilepsie, par exemple, pour une crise de possession. »[3] Nous allons aborder enfin la dernière problématique, celle relative aux honoraires du soignant. III- Les honoraires du soignant Le Prophète, bénédictions et salut sur lui, « a agréé les Compagnons qui ont été payés pour la roqya ». Il est dès lors autorisé de rémunérer un soignant en contrepartie d’une prestation. Toutefois, cette rémunération doit être raisonnable et surtout clairement définie avant le traitement. En outre, nous ne pouvons que souligner et rappeler que, si la roqya est réalisée dans un cadre sérieux, il convient de procéder à toutes les déclarations administratives. Comme pour tout contrat, vous devez exiger un document écrit et le praticien doit préciser quels sont ses engagements exacts afin d’éviter tout litige postérieur. Malheureusement, tous les témoignages transmis à l’UFCM soulignent que l’interlocuteur insiste à plusieurs reprises sur la gratuité de la prestation. Or, dans les faits, cette dernière est payante puisque le coût de la communication est surtaxé. Ainsi, l’une des victimes qui nous a contacté, s’est retrouvée avec une facture téléphonique (hors forfait) de 1800 euros. Par conséquent, nous constatons que ces « roqyas » gratuites sont fondées sur la technique dite du « call-back » qui consiste à amener une personne à rappeler un numéro surtaxé, information qui lui est bien évidemment dissimulée. Une « roqya » peut être payante à condition de respecter un cadre prédéterminé, fondé sur l’information et la transparence des honoraires. En conclusion A la lumière des développements susvisés, l’UFCM appelle d’une part à une régulation du métier de la pratique de la « roqya », d’autre part, à la vigilance de chacun à ne pas céder à la tentation d’une « roqya » qui ne serait pas réalisée dans les conditions requises et qui pourrait produire des effets inverses. Au-delà du cadre spirituel ou juridique, les divers témoignages reçus et étudiés par l’UFCM ne peuvent pas nous laisser indifférents à la question suivante : pourquoi des personnes sont-elles amenées à accepter aussi facilement une « roqya » par téléphone ? Est-ce la gratuité qui a déterminé leur choix ? Certes le mal-être produit par cette société est de plus en plus grand. Nous vivons une époque où les êtres sont de plus en plus coupés des signes de Dieu et vivent un rythme de vie effréné. Ces affaires sont révélatrices des maux les plus profonds qui touchent la communauté musulmane. Par ailleurs, comme l’ensemble des rites islamiques (hajj, halal, pompes funèbres) censés nous rappeler les limites qui déterminent la voie vers Dieu, nous constatons que leur marchandisation trahit de plus en plus leur vocation première. Suffit-il qu’un interlocuteur se présente à nous comme un « cheikh » ou un imam et qu’il nous propose une « roqya » gratuite pour l’accepter aussitôt Ne devrions-nous pas tous nous interroger sur le fait qu’il y ait des musulmanes et des musulmans aussi isolés et aussi ignorants de leur propre religion pour être trompés aussi facilement ? Sommes-nous devenus si dépendants des Hommes que nous en oublions de nous adresser directement à Dieu pour solutionner nos malaises ? Autant de questions que chacun d’entre nous a la responsabilité de se poser. En effet, aucun de nous ou de nos proches ne sont à l’abri d’une telle tromperie. Il convient enfin de rappeler que la « roqya » est un remède précis et qu’elle ne peut se faire que sous certaines conditions et surtout qu’elle demeure l’exception à la règle, qui est de toujours s’adresser directement à Dieu. Avant de recourir à une « roqya », il convient de faire une introspection sur ses propres pratiques cultuelles et de revenir.
